if i need to book ticket from yesvantpur to howrah duronto sleeper class on tatkal for two senior citizen one male one female ,will i get concession?on eticket?only one voter id card will it engough for booking eticket?

No concession for senior citizen is given in tatkal quota.
One passenger's voter ID card will be enough for a ticket with two passengers as you mentioned.
General rule for booking tatkal ticket is the booking commences on the previous day from 10am for the train departing from its source.
