The attitude of IR can be understood by these examples and then think what future it shows:
*Mega bridge at Kosi is complete at Nirmali for one year but nothing to use this very important route,
*GC of Chauradano-Raxaul is going on on on for last one year and God knows when the plan to open this 20km section,

Haa. Ara-sasaram misal hai, kaise fund barbaad kiya jaye , ab tak koi khaas earning nahi hai us route se ,poore section me do town hai bikramganj and piro , waise yeha ke log ara ya dos/ssm ja kar lagbhag sabhi major city ke liye train pakad sakte hai. Route par 1 exp aur 3 pass. , jisme mostly without ticket hote hai. Maine bhi travel kiya hai xbkj to ara , lagbhag 10-12 baar . Aur avi yehi dastaan samapt nahi hoti bbu-ara ka survey ho chuka hai. Bas ground work suru hona hai.
Yes neither they have intention nor fund..Only God knows ki fund jaata kaha hai jabki har 2-4 mahine mein kiraya badha diya jaata hai aur suvidha ghata di jaati hai..Purnia-Madhepura section mein MG trains hi sahi tha lekin BG trains ka khwaab dekar usse bhi bandh kar diya..
