According to the ministry, the 6 Durontos towards south are not earning profit, especially from NCR to MAS, to YPR and to SC too. So, there has been talks after 6 months of observation that instead of these 3, SF AC with intermediate halts will be introduced.
In the contrary, east- bound ones are on high demand. So, a clone Duronto will be introduced which will run following SDAH Duronto respect to the timing; just behind to get clear line. But it is yet to be decided which state will get this new train.
