What the hell is railway doing? A person who want ticket in a particular train has to wait till 8am whereas online reservation starts in the night time so by the time he reaches to the counter the seats are already full...totally pathetic service :(

they are not unoccupied...some berths to be boarded from remote location and some confirmed passengers not turning up...
