Possibility of stopping rail traffic @ center coastal AP on nov 28 due LEHER super cyclone. Already collector asked every to stay at home. Schools, colleges, shops, markets all are going to close on 27,28 th nov.

After LEHER its seems MAADI going to stuck east coast. Will be knows by next week.
It is supposed to hit coast between Machilipatnam & Kalingapatnam possibly near Kakinada and is some 1000 Kms from coast....
