I wanted to know once cleared RAC seats are re-booked as RAC if cancellation is more then the require seats to clear RAC?
for example 8 RAC and 10 WL are booked on day one and 5 confirmed seats are cancelled on day two. The all RAC booked on day one are confirmed and one seat is empty. How this seat will be booked? waiting one will be cleared or waiting one and two are re-booked as RAC one and two?

I think that on cancellation of confirmed seats, both RAC and Wait-listed moves toward confirmation. Hence once all RAC are cleared, RAC is not created again. After this only wait-list tickets are issued.
