May be slack and it reaches in such a peak time to SC in morning rush where seen is PF crunch,seems they are making it wait here and let our friend snap it..
Of late, its slowing down much on mainline or made to wait in loopline probably for the reason that malkajgiri and secunderabad are busy and CVB is the only option for them to regulate before :)
