Why trains always have to wait in outer before entering the platform? On time and before time trains also get late because of this. What's the solution for direct entry on the platform without waiting?

that's an unavoidable problem until PF no expansions should be done at stations.
well I know the reasons..mostly its pf clearance or maybe unloading stuff, what I want to know is why nobody is doing anything about it. ADI has 10 platforms now working and still they cant manage incoming trains. All the efforts of LPs go to waste coz of bad management at ADI.
All SF trains coming to ADI like Shatabdi, Suryanagari, Karnavati, DD etc cross Maninagar well before their scheduled time on most of the day only to wait in the outer and get late.
Everywhere the same problem exists. Eventhough vacant platform available, need to wait outside. Somehow they need to operate only some speicfic platforms only, whether it is big or small stations.
True but in my experience one exception to this is JP. When I worked there I used to travel by BDTS DEE GR and on most occasions it would reach before time and was allowed on the platform. Same happened once while going in Ashram and ADI Rajdhani when I was coming back.
