the cloak room timing all over the India is d same, mainly we use cloak room in available hours so i said 24x7. :-)

At NDLS I have clearly seen the break hours. Closed between 2.30pm to 3.30pm and 11.30pm to 12.30am. Once I had to take my baggage before 2.30pm even though my train was at 4pm.
