Its a mind set of people that shatabdi takes only 3-3:30 hours for journey between NDLS-CDG. If it is run via this proposed route which itself is stating the journey of more than 4 hours, then why people would take this shatabdi and this move will again overload the kalka shatabdi. I read one suggestion that it should be extended to ldh . This is a good option as it will serve people of mohali as well and currently running ldh/moga shatabdi can be scraped and run till ferozepur via rohtak/jind .
