This train needs two extra SL AND one 3A.Thi being the fastest in the route should be made triweekly

Biweekly possible n its all depends on the TN Delta MP's surely they will fight for dis tto made bi/tri
Yes true this train need more coaches. It should made daily to run via different routes.

This is highly tedious and confusing.........no way this plan could work.........please post some sensible plans....but anyways augmentation is a desperate need for this train as well as the chennai-mumbai trains

With the time slot (ie., LTT dep 1200 MS arr 1030) 3 days the train can be run as LTT - MS express. The return trip can be MS dep 1900 LTT arr 1630. On other 4 days, it can run to KIK with timings LTT dep 1200 MS arr/ dep 1030/ 1045, KIK arr 1845 (same timings). On return direction, it can start from KIK at 1100, MS arr/ dep 1845/ 1900 and LTT arr 1630. We get a daily train between Mumbai and Chennai.
Also, as suggested, on other 3 days, LTT to KIK can run on following route:- LTT-SUR-GTL-DMM-PAK-KPD-VM-MV-KIK. LTT dep 1100, SUR 1900, DMM 0400, KPD 0800, VM 1200, KIK 1700. Return timings KIK dep 0800,...
