i have to book 12650 karnataka sampark kranti exp for monday fro ndls to kacheguda...since the train departs at 0645 on monday, will tatakal open on saturday instead of sunday for this train..as it is before 0800am

Did you booked tickets??? At this moment of writing this blog tatkal is not opened for sc raj for monday.... whatever train whenever it leaves tatkal is one day in advance...

Obviously dear since the Train starts from SBC on Sunday night so tatkal would open yesterday i.e Saturday morning...Mentioning again Tatkal opens from 10 AM one day before DOJ with respect to train's originating point.
