If you have credit card, pl book with irctc.co.in instead of looking for a credit card counter in railway station. booking with irctc is easy. you can register (if not already registered) and after giving necessary information, start booking your ticket.

But suppose if we got tkt booked under credit card frm kop to mumbai. & if we want 2 cancel
it at kop. ahat can b done

You can cancel ur ticket from anywhere, But that can be done only frm irctc website & Not from the PRS counter.
But if u have booked ur ticket frm PRS using ur credit card, It can be cancelled anywhere in PRS.
