yes actually there is no spare rake for North East...there is 3 weekly rakes available of TVC GHY,ERS GHY,MS GHY which spends good amt of time in GHY & sometimes sent as North East...thats why sometimes extra rakes are pressed into service which was noted yesterday,but no such spare rake was available today so train is indefinitely re-scheduled.
PS:Min TAT required for a rake after primary maintenance in any NFR depot is 9 hrs.

This type of complex RSA happens with ER too... for eg yesterday 12346 arrived HWH @ 12.59,but 12345 departed @ 16.00..How? Because 12321 was cancelled ex HWH on 17.12.13 & 12322 arrived on 18.12.13 almost 21 hrs late which was sent as Saraighat.
My findings:
1. GHY-SBC Kaziranga dont have any RSA, not even in-between them, as all 3 run dedicated different rake!! Eg, Su Rake covers the run & return GHY on Sa & re-depart on Su from GHY!!
2. GHY-MS dont have any RSA, as the Rake coming @ night departs next to next morning!!
3. 12516 (TVC) & 12514 (SC) do have RSA,...
