I want to share Experience of travelling in one of the SPECIAL trains that are being introduced.It was from New jalpaiguri to Varanasi and THE TRAIN was GUWAHATI-BSB PUJA SPECIAL.The schedule time of departure for this train was at 1.30am.As i went to enquiry office to know about the running status,to my surprise nobody knew even this train exists.So at 3AM i came to know that it was running 7hrs late.After that i made call to 139 and talked to the executive and even he doesn't knew that the train exists and he said that he doesn't have any information about train and none he can provide.So what is the mean of running these trains as railways don't even have information about these trains.Are these trains for convenience or to torture the passengers.
