Press release is ok, but it would now take a little more time for energizing, coz the track between Mahishahadari and SNT, alongwith whole SNT station are unwired till now... :( Don't know why they publicly declare before finishing the work...
A 'Friendly' LP had told me a couple of weeks ago that target date for completion up to RPH was March 2014.
Only the tracks between stations have been wired. Almost all the station on SNT-PKR section are left unwired..
They are just making a press release so that by rule book they can show project is complete. It will help Project Office to get fresh fund for future project.

Or may be a rule that if part of the stretch is complete & energised with high voltage then they declare entire stretch as electrified. Just a guess... :)
