Hi I went to book ticket in Rajaji Bhanan Chennai BesantNagar today. I have only my credit card with me no cash. Even they have swipe machine then they asked me to come after the crowd has gone because the counter next to my counter has swipe machine the booking person of my counter has no time to go to next counter and swipe my card who is sitting in same room next desk. What an idiotic Indian government employees.
