I want to know that my mother is travelling in 12286/Hazrat Nizamuddin-Secunderabad Duronto Express and she got RAC seat. She booked bedroll while reservation but the person who gives the bedroll, refuesd to give bedroll and telling that RAC people won't get bedroll. If paid full amount why we won't get the bed roll?

Bedroll must be provided for RAC passengers too as per railway rule.
