Reservations are on up to 18th Feb 2014 while this news says GC between FTD-INDM starting from 15th Jan and IR will return the reservation amount as per rules.

If we go by news reports in early feb/march 2013, the gc from ftd-rtm was supposed to be completed within first deadline of 31st march,then what happened later...and why after 9 months of initial dealine still the work is going on. If this much work was pending, then why did they give false reports at that time. some such reports:
