SCR or SWR both are good zones so any of them handle it will be a good train. It can follow Amaravati route with different timings, less halts as a superfast.
already sc-hubli trains is their again daily via same route is not good
if daily 5 days ubl and 2 days via any other route to hyb

VSG HWH daily train and VSG KCG/HYB triweekly or 4 times a week.
SC UBL is triweekly so HYB VSG can run on alternate 3 or 4 days.
