I have booked tickets on internate which is having waiting list mark.If my ticket is not confirmed after chart preparation,then what is the process to get back my money.

You will get money back to your bank or credit card account within 4 to 8 days. Booking charges will be not refunded means charges by IRCTC and reservation charges of each seat/berth.
