I have a different idea for Tatkal scheme which make Tatkal really meaningful. Presently, tatkal booking starts before 1 day n whole tatkal quota open on that dat. Now, if tatkal quota is divided into two parts & one part shall be available for booking before one day & another quota shall be made available for booking on journey day. Suitable adjustments shall be made for trains leaving early in morning.
This will make Tatkal scheme really meaningful. I request all of you reading this to drop here your feedback/ suggestions/...

does it mean that every day before journey day, fare will increase?
nt only everyday rather with every single booking fares will increase
Ya this system already exist for flight but I think It is new for railways
