Ok it has passed the Exam as it has got more than 33% Marks. :-P
I think it must have to clear subject named as trustability.
ie It have to reduce cancelling trips and avoiding to reach late by more then 3 hours.

its good train overall... fog me to sari train late hoti hi h...even rajdhani 12 hour late..

last 1 month me fog 5 din hua aur ye train hamesha late rahi.
Its good train but its performance in last year is wrost compare to other years like 2012,2011etc.
