rajive singh 20 blog postscleanliness has taken a back seat ever since RSA was done with Una JS. cockroaches and muck are the order of the day in non AC coaches. also people throw stones on 12055 injuring passengers between GZB and Modinagar stations.
indeed. RSA is just to avoid engine reversal at NDLS but that has meant nobody cleans the rakes properly anywhere. with dedicated rakes each base was solely responsible. now they can blame each other and do no cleaningp
