I boarded my Kalyan-CST Slow Local which departs/ed from Kalyan at 6 pm. While my local was nearing CST, the rake of Howrah Duronto (stationary) as well as Nagpur Duronto (in motion) was seen. I arrived CST and checked 12289's departure platform and it was no.18.
I went there and kept waiting ... until it was 8:15, yet the rake was to be shunted over the platform. Finally at 8:17, the rake got shunted by the WCAM-3 itself in reverse direction (no WDS). Train departed from CST at 8:36

In the surburbs of Mumbai it reached the top speed of 101 Kmph acc to my speedometer.
It overtook Mahalaxmi Express at Dadar.
Soon, She has parallel run with yet another Duronto of Mumbai bound for Ernakulam at Vidyavihar.
Then Jnaneswari Express did unscheduled halt at Thane (plat 7) to get overtaken by my duronto.
Then, at Kalyan again it experienced parallel run with Dadar-Chennai Egmore SF.
Overtake of Amravati Express was yet to happen.
Duronto soon took a 7 mins halt at Kasara and arrived Igatpuri where it switched over to WAP-7 30303 from WCAM/3 21883 in 15 mins.
I reached a maximum speed of 60 kmph in the kasara-igatpuri ghat section.
After Igatpuri, before Nasik it did a maximum of 122 Kmph.
Then I had my long sleep and got up at Wardha, after which It did maximum of 110 Kmph only.
It arrived Nagpur almost 5 mins late.

Sir,its impossible for NGP duranto to hit 122. The MPS of IGP-BSL is 120 & BSL-NGP is 110. 122 might be the mistake of your speedometer.
