I have a train today at 6:45 from VM to BBS on 18495... its a tatkal i-ticket, and booked for 2 people on the same ticket. The guy who has the ticket is now at MS, which is a stop 3 hours later than VM. Now what can i do? I cant make it to MS. Can i still travel and speak to TTE about this? will it be ok ?
I want to board at VM, and the ticket is made VM to BBS for both , and the boarding point is VM for both.

If it is an e ticket and while booking the ticket, Valid ids of both of you are entered, then get the message forwarded from mobile of your friend to your mobile. Travel from VM and Carry your original id with you along with SMS and tell TTE that your friend will board at MS.
