finally PGPORTAL give me reply after taking long 7months time, nd thr reply was disappointing ( as always) ,, I ask thm why IR cant run sln-dli exp, as PBH,FD Already get thr own direct trains for delhi , nd here's thr reply

: At present, 7 pairs of trains are running between
sultanpur and Delhi. Besides extension of
13133/13134 Sealdah-Varanasi Express upto
Delhi with stoppage at Sultanpur has been
announced in Railway Budget 2013-14 which will
an additional services for passengers of Sultanpur
desirous of travelling to Delhi. However,
introduction of new train between Sultanpur and
Delhi is not feasible at present due to operational
and resource constraints.

good thing is thy mention sdah-bsb exp extension upto DLI, which is good bcz I thought. IR forgets to extend this train ;-) ,,
