i wanted to ask that i have inverter along with the battery nd i want take the thing with me while travelling, is it possible

but these battery (chemical inside) related product comes under explosive items!!. will IR give permission?.
i use to travel twice in a month to mumbai nd patna in ac coach
but dates r never confirmed nd the problem is i never get ticket on that tym
is there any provision to get ticket on tym? because current ticket r never avalable

If you are claiming discounts for just two trips in a month, then think about those who are travelling daily from Pune to Mumbai, Surat to Mumbai, and from other places to Delhi, and Kolkatta, and Chennai. All these commuters have fair chance to claim 'discount' as per your theory. Could railways afford? So far railway is not short of commuters, or passengers that they should be given incnetives to travel.
Thank railways that they are not increasing fares further.
