IRCTC site is most of the time it is down or very slow... esp from 10 to 12 in the morning and from 2 to 4 in the evening.. finding it very hard to book tickets online... :(
10 to 12 is Tatkal tym ; so its usual to have slow down,connection failure, payment failure etc.
2 to 4? Site often works fine in dis tym.
If ur journey is preplanned before 2 months den try to book at 8 am on ARP day.
