Came by 12603 MAS-HYD 3 tier a/c. B2 coach. Horrible old coach, dirty linens, dirty toilets with permanent urine smell, staff not bothered to serve..just were chit chatting right thro. Also, no safety equipment - like hammers in locations - even after all these fire accidents in AC compartments, no one cares. when i instructed the public on safety window opening procedure, the bemused crowd looked as if I came from another planet. Useless, horrible train - came 2 hours late. The latrines were like refugee camp toilets by morning. the smell could reach right upto 24 seat number. Part of the blame is definitely on the carefree crowd which accepts and uses with a 'chalta hai' attitude..but Railways definitely adds to the problem by not maintaining even with a semblance of cleanliness in toilets and linen
