why is ir going for 3-4 lines for congestion control .. it has to take small steps and congestion can be controlled easily ....

abhi ye kya h 30-30 mn tak khadi ker dete h train aur congestion kerte h ........most imp pass must be told to arrive atleast 30 min in advace ..and trains shud be allowed a 30 min advance departure as well .. abhi agar train early bhi hoti h to usko outer pe khadi kerte h ya phir pf pe hi rok dete h ... this also builds heavy congestion ..

in most of the routes congestion created by goods not by passengers....for keeping pass trains PF needs to be created @ crores of expenditure,but for standing goods only loop line is enough.Thats why IR creating additional loops in many stations.
