I have lost my journey cum reservation ticket & already inform to reservation supervisor.He has given me a receipt maintion ticket lost.what is the procedure to take duplicate ticket ?
Go to nearest PRS, u can req. for duplicate tkt.. do u remember PNR number ? U can give details like PNR No ( If u know ), name of Pax / age / Gender / Class, Train No./ Name / Boarding and destn stn etc.
.i've inform them & he told me contact before 2 days of journey.Pl.check & confirm me .
Plz don't disclose PNR number here, chances of misuse. edit and remove the PNR number
Go to the PRS and fill the form with all details and a requisition letter for issuing duplicate for the same. Against the payment of 50 rs /passenger, duplicate ticket will be issued.
This is for cnf/rac status tickets. I am not sure about your case as it is partial confirmed. May be because of this reason, the SM asked you to come before two days of journey.
