Dis budget, 2013-14 introduced train RMR-BDTS Express via LKU, BE, LJN, CNB, KSJ, MTJ, KOTA, BRC, ST was always questionable by railfans for its route it would follow.

if Moradabad needs a train to Mumbai, then best option is to extend Bandra-Hz. Nizamuddin Garib Rath Express (12909) to Kathgodam...
it will provide many benifits.
1. due to heavy rush in all three trains from Kathgodam to Delhi i.e. Sampark Kranti, Shatabdi & Ranikhet Express, one more bi weekly or tri weekly train is needed from Kathgodam to Delhi.
