यमला-पगला-ट्रेन का-दिवाना - कार्तिक

I have travelled on Circar a couple of times recently from MS. Didn't see anything past BZA outer, where there were flags erected on the right side to indicate construction work. Nothing was seen in the entire route until NDD although I can't be sure as it was pretty dark outside and all the windows were closed due to cold. I remember seeing the tenders from RVNL long time back. Mostly put in cold storage like most railway projects.
