Pls tell me that, whether there are no RAC seats in AC 3 tier for general quota?
I mean, the WL ticket could get converted into RAC for AC 3 tier?

Yes! While Confirmation, WL tickets can either jump to RAC to Confirmed, or directly Wl-Confirmed!
RAC tkts holders are assigned the side lower berths. One has to share this berth with another co-passenger ahving an RAC tkt. Its uncomfortable for long/night journey.
