permanent augumentation of one 3AC coach from jan22nd

14. Tr.No. 17644 Kakinada Port-Chennai Egmore Circar Express is permanently augmented with one AC III Tier Coach with effect from 23rd Janurary, 2014.

It is very much required...but the availability from RJY-MS after 2 February in 3A is in WL...So is the SL coach permanently augmented and 3A temporary?
