Sir,
Few years back it was announced that all the express trains will be composed of 24 coaches. It has not been implemented yet. if you look at the train 6731, this is the only train available from Bangalore to reach south Tamilnadu. This doesn't have 24 coaches as well as it running in Single line except few KMs. It seldom reaches on time. Since this is the only train running in this direction all the tickets got booked in 3 months advance especially for weekends. Kindly request you to increase the number of coaches to 24 and consider to run one more train from Bangalore to Nagercoil to faciliate Karnataka people to reach Kanniyakumari...

From where did you come to know and announcement by whom, that all express trains will have 24 coaches made? There was no announcement, and it is not feasible as all stations do not have the capacity to handle 24 coaches like lengthy platform etc. So it is not at all feasible. For passengers convenience, 1-2 coaches are added extra or a special train run between destinations to increase the capacity till such time infrastructure of 24 coach trains are accommodated.
