can someone pls explain why cant ir find a alternate route , they have already delayed so much .
IR WANTS TO ENTER INTO RECOrD BOOKS of HOW MUCH THEY HAVE DELYED THE PROJECTS IN KARNATAKA MOST OF THE PROJECTS in karnataka have crossed more than ten years they cannot miss the already achieved target time and great achievements in the past
