It is generally done approx 2 hrs before schedule departure and the night before for early morning trains.However, there are lot of instances whn chart is prepared with evn less than an hour to go fr schedule departure.Like the one happened fr Coromondal Exp. on 25/12/2010 for Hwh-Mas..schedule departure 2:50 PM chart published at around 2 PM
