isko ab WAP4 toh milna mangta hai! I agree WAP7 not possible due to absence of BRC variant and WAP5 toh technical issue hai..so atleast ek BRC WAP4/WAP4E toh banta hi hai..

Most trains are gradually upgrading to WAP series..
I can understand the sentiments of Mumbaikars attached to DC and ACDC locos but change is inevitable. HWH, an erstwhile DC territory has no ACDC ones (wo alag baat hai unhe kabhi mila bhi nahi tha)..
