The race blog for trains 12134 and 22114 for today!
Train 22114 arrived more than an hour late at Mangalore Junction. It had a loco failure at Ullal, just 10 kilometres before MAJN, until where the train was running ahead of schedule. The failed loco is KYN WDM3D #11242 while the rescuer who was sent from MAJN is ERS WDM3A #16295. Both 12134 and 22114 are now waiting for their departures from Platforms 1 and 2 respectively. 12134 is with KYN WDG3A #13580.
22114 is quite empty by a Mumbai bound train's standards!

Now being chased by another hot-shot, 12620 Matsyagandha Express. Another overtake might take place after Madgaon!
Train enquiry system shows that , it has departed diva at 6:39 and has not reached thane yet....Shameful run, being a superfast.
