a. No i dont know IR providing or making available Blankets on Chair Car.. Also Yuva Exp is targeted at youth, meaning less extra facilities to lower the cost.
b. Seats r reclining as much as you have seen in other CC bogies of any XYZ train.. No special types of seats in Yuva..
c. No catering here..
