Why CAPTCHA has been introduced to check PNR status? This has added unnecessary hassle for a waitlisted passenger? I don't figure out any security concern which might have prompted Railways to bring this meathod.
So that various websites wont directly develop apps to use the data updated in Indian Railways website.
To check whether you(the person entering PNR) is a system or a human.
