From Thane to Diva there are only 4 line, 2 slow and 2 fast.. So, Matsyagandha is made to halt at Thane for 15 minutes on PF#7, to allow Konark Express from PF#5, and then Matsyagandha starts from Thane behind Konark Exp..
Yes.That's right. But it can't be a technical overtake. But yes,matsyaganda waits at Tna for Konark
