For bedding, 25/- extra. Yes train has all 3AC Coaches. Some garib raths have CC too.

Its just like Normal 3AC Train
with
1. 9 Seats in a block(there are three seat in the passage.SU, SM and SL)
2. Low fare than 3AC
3. Different color(green) compartment than Normal...

without
1. Free Bedroll facility(Bedrolls can be obtained on payment of Rs.25/- per set on first come first served basis)
