thats true.. fair should be like Garib rath expresses. If they want it to be successfull.. they should not blame 100% to the pax, they should improve the system to improve occupancy.

they are accomodating more people in same coach yet charging high fare and taking more time also .... ye to bilkul galat h ... there are cooling problems also ... one deck gets very cool other deck has very low cooling ..
the best option would be to run fast trains with coaches like shatabdi but no pantry to keep fares minimum .

यही हाल इंदौर हबीबगंज डबल डेकर का है सर ,,,, यह ट्रैन भी पहले १२ कोच से शुरू हुई थी अब रेलवे मात्र ४ कोच से चला रहा है इसे .. फिर भी खाली जाती है .... इतनी बढ़िया ट्रैन का खाली रह जाना यह साबित करता है कि कही ना कही इसकी किराया पालिसी में गड़बड़ है और चलने का टाइम टेबल फिर से बनाना होगा ......
