its just the vacation rush... I had got Once WL 32 in Kerala Sampark On the day of reservation starting at 8:30 pm
and for marusagar WL 53 at 9 am

Looks like full Bengal going to Kashmir in Summer. Kashmir will definitely see huge rush this year- we can assume this from the indications.
