No Specials from Delhi to BSB/PNBE/HWH on Holi ??? I am waiting for a special train to run as there is not a single seat in any class in any train on Holi.
Its too early to expect them, they will be announced most likely by Feb last week or Mar 1st week for sure..
Specials are only announced after 1 month of ARP...that means 1 month before holi they will announce specials after taking survey of bookings on a particular route...
