Is there any update regarding a separate zone with VSKP as HQ, with the state bifurcation seeming imminent?

I am very much excited as to what might happen. I seriously pray to GOD that ECor should be a past to VSKP...I hope Sonia Gandhi contests from VSKP and at-least then we might get a Separate Zone :D
Sometimes i dream of becoming a Railway Minister and make VSKP as the HQ of Indian Railways :D and Palasa as HQ of ECOR... lol , i am so frustrated with ECOR...
and any update regarding the frequency increase of HTE-YPR SF Exp
we dont need to discuss such POLITICS here , who contests from where is their own decision
