1. buses are avil from pune . up to temple .?
2.Nearest RLY station with well bus connectivity ?
how much distance from pune/ near rail head ?

If i go to shirdi from After visit Bhimasankar, can i return back to PUNE or othere source is there ( direct bus to shirdi is avail )?

No idea about direct, but you can go to Nashik and then to Shirdi.
There's no direct buses from Bhimasankar to Shirdi.You have to go to Nashik and then to Shirdi
